Beginner training team is a team for committed and motivated students interested in developing a strong salsa dance foundation. Many of the students in the team have already trained together for 12 - 18 months. We recommend for you to start in the beginner training team if you already have salsa or dance background, but you are new to our HSA system.
The sessions consists of 90 minute training sessions. You don’t need a partner to join the team. We will be changing partners like we usually do in our social dance training teams. The first 30 minutes of the training focuses on learning solo shines and individual technique and the last 60 minutes of the session focuses on learning and mastering the partner work.
Select below whether you want to register as a leader or as a follower. Traditionally in salsa men have been in the leaders and women in the follower roles.
