The Dancer’s Conditioning training is recommended for all dancers interested in improving their conditioning of their body. Each training session focuses on different aspects of a dancer’s body: core strength, flexibility, leg and ankle strength, speed and balance.
You do not need a partner to join. Each training session focuses on developing you individually.
