Mila started dancing Latin Ballroom when she was 5 years old in Moscow. She competed in numerous competitions nationally and internationally. She became the two (2) time Central Federal district champion in Russia and also won the international Tropicana Cub in Poland. Few years ago she moved to Finland. While in Finland she started again looking opportunities to pursue her love of dance and found Helsinki Salsa Academy. She is currently in the Helsinki Salsa Academy show team and just recently took part in the intensive 6 month HSA instructor training program passing her instructor exam.
Jesús la Rosa Pérez

Jesús la Rosa Pérez is a Cuban choreographer, dancer, teacher and musician from Santiago de Cuba. He is part of the artistic direction of Ballet Folklórico del Oriente, one of Cuba’s most prestigious professional dance companies. Due to his talent, he received a recognition of the highly valued UNEAC for his work as choreographer, and he was selected as a member of the panel that created the new curriculum of all Cuban professional art schools. He has toured Cuba and the US performing and teaching in 2012-2017, performing for example at the Brooklyn Academy of Music Festival and in the Siete Mares production that was awarded the NALAC price. His latest work includes the coreography Cimarrón that earned several recognitions and was had the most spectators of any dance shows in Cuba in 2017. Jesús methodical and clear teaching style draws constantly groups from Germany, Italy, Mexico, France, Sweden and the US to study with him.
