Latin Technique training is recommended for all levels of dancers. The purpose of these classes is to develop your body awareness, dance technique, rhythm & timing. The classes will focus on covering different competitive Latin dance techniques like Samba, Rumba, Cha-Cha and Jive. 

You do not need a partner to join. Each training session focuses on developing your individual dance technique and skills. 

The Dancer’s Conditioning training is recommended for all dancers interested in improving their conditioning of their body. Each training session focuses on different aspects of a dancer’s body: core strength, flexibility, leg and ankle strength, speed and balance. 

You do not need a partner to join. Each training session focuses on developing you individually.  

The Stretching Teams training is recommended for all dancers interested in learning how be more flexible, develop a stretching routine, learn how to do splits and use their body more in dancing. The Novice/ Beginner Team is targeted at the students who have had little to no prior experience in stretching. The Improver/Advanced Team is recommended for the students that have had previous experience in stretching, or are rather flexible from nature and are capable of doing a bit more challenging stretching exercises.

The Body Movement training is recommended for all levels of dancers. Aim is to focus on your body development and growth by expanding your hips, shoulders and rib cages movement  through key concepts such as posture, contra body motion and musicality. We will be working on increasing your range of motion and being able to move freely on the dance floor and in general to be more in control of your body.

You do not need a partner to join. Each training session focuses on developing you individually.
